Rahul Bhattacharya is an independent Agility coach, speaker and trainer who is currently living in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Rahul Bhattacharya is currently coaching teams and individuals at trivago on optimizing the ways of working within the organization, coaching others on best practices while simultaneously guiding teams working on different products towards holacracy. Rahul is passionate about constant learning through experimentation and feedback. He completed his undergraduate studies at Drexel University in Philadelphia, receiving his Bachelor’s in Biology and Management Information Systems. Rahul then completed his graduate studies at University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, receiving his Master’s in Medical Sciences.
Rahul has also previously consulted ThyssenKrupp in their Agile Transformation. Prior to that, he was an Agile Coach at Aleph Technologies and a Consultant at BlueCross and BlueShield in Dallas, USA. Rahul has experience in working at SAP and CSL Behring as well as Chimpflix, a startup he co-founded in the movie industry while in college. His early exposure to the tech, pharma, start-up, software, and healthcare industries enables him to be a keen observer of business processes across industries and countries. Rahul speaks six languages. He enjoys traveling to countries he hasn’t been to, experiencing different cultures, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle via diet and exercise. He is also passionate about medicine, IT, and entrepreneurship. At the moment, Rahul is particularly interested in topics that involve writing a book, such as self-publishing, using different tools to write it in, and developing and adding structure to the concept.
